This Client and Prospect training video below covers the basic questions and responses for prospects and clients. You will not be expected to watch this video one time and remember everything that is taught.  Revisit this video when you speak to a client or prospect if a conversation didn't go as good as you would have liked it to. You can watch it over and over but the best way to learn will be to continue to make prospect phone calls and learn from your mistakes. Even though we only have a few different responses for each question, it will take some time to understand which is the best response for each question depending on the situation. You will only learn this by making your phone calls and learning from your own mistakes.
